How It Works
	First, we set up a 30-minute appointment for a complimentary meet-and-greet. This is required before any services can be provided. If we are not compatible with your pet(s), we cannot provide care for them, nor would you want us to. Assuming all goes well (it usually does), we complete a Service Agreement, Information Sheets for each of your pets, a Contact Sheet with all your numbers, and a Veterinarian Information and Release Form. You will also need to arrange for a duplicate key before services begin. Please note: If you are planning an out-of-town trip, it's a good idea to get on our schedule as soon as you can. Slots fill quickly.
When You Return
	Whether it's a daily walk or vacation care, each visit is documented with a report card. We tell you what we did with your pet, and what we observed. This information is extremely useful if your pet is developing an illness. If you've been away on business or vacation, we ask that you call us when you return. We want to know that you are back and that your pet will be safe and cared for. If you have been unexpectedly delayed, just give us a call at 303.947.5601 and we will continue services until you return.
